We understand your schedule may change, so we ask that you kindly provide 24 hour notification for appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled or you may be subject to a 50% charge of missed appointment cost. No show appointments will be charged 100% of missed appointment charge.
This is to protect our business and employees, who only get paid when they have an appointment. Ample notice allows us to fill that time with another client who was hoping to come in for a service. Thank you for your understanding.
